3. Payments and Billing

You agree to pay all applicable fees for your rides. Fares are calculated based on unlock fees and per-minute usage. By providing a payment method, you authorize Honey Rings & Co. to charge it for all incurred fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honey Rings & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
